• The Strategic Thinking Questionnaire (STQ) measures your mental Agility by testing your ability to use systems thinking, reflection, and reframing to think strategically. After taking the STQ, you will see (1) your mind map describing how you currently use these skills, (2) comparisons to our benchmark leaders, and (3) you will develop a professional growth plan to enhance your strategic thinking skills.
  
• The Strategic Leadership Questionnaire (SLQ) measures your Artistry actions by testing your ability to use managing, transforming, bonding, bridging and bartering leader actions to artistically set direction, engage followers,develop commitment, and assure results. After taking the SLQ, you will see (1) your action map describing how you currently use these skills, (2) comparisons to our benchmark leaders, and (3) you will develop a professional growth plan to enhance your artistic leadership skills.
